Before co-founding Billshark, Keaney worked in customer acquisition for major service providers including Comcast, Verizon, AT&T, and Charter-Cox, gaining inside knowledge of how these companies structure pricing and retention offers. He previously worked at the Department of Defense. Keaney holds a BS in Business Management from Westfield State University and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
