I’m CEO and Co-Founder of Billshark. We started the company with the belief that we could help society thrive through better financial wellness. My role is to set the overall strategic direction and build the team to deliver outstanding experiences for our customers.
I’m a serial entrepreneur with expertise in Product Development, Customer Acquisition, and Tech-Enabled business. My prior company, Acceller, grew into an Inc 500 company and Best Place to Work in South Florida. We sold the business to Bridgevine in 2014.

I’m the Chief Software Architect for Billshark. I manage all of the technology initiatives/systems, security and infrastructure. I’m most proud of the team and the platform we have built together in Amazon Web Services using serverless technology.
I have a life-long passion for building extraordinary things, whether it is digital experiences, homes or even cars. I was a university computer science professor in Cuba and taught Software Development and Artificial Intelligence.

I learned the importance of blending a product and ops focus with partner support working in telecommunications. Building services and CPG businesses in LATAM, EU, and Asia taught me how to work with agility, tenacity and diversity of perspective.

Previously, I was with a Fortune 500 financial Institution working in the financial services industry. I grew a sales office with over 100 million dollars in receivables, built a high-performance sales team while ensuring compliance with all business policies/procedures obtaining the highest compliance score within the company.

Prior to joining Billshark, I was a Human Resources leader at one of the largest benefits companies in the country. One of my favorite responsibilities was helping new employees who came on board through acquisitions to assimilate quickly and feel like part of the team.
